Replace the boring white light bulbs in your bedroom lamp and put in some red light bulbs instead. You can get the red light bulbs in any hardware store. And believe me red light makes you look young, and thin – you have no lines or wrinkles, I’m sure that’s why they have the red light districts. When your mate turns on the lamp and sees the red light and says, “What is this?” You tell them, that red is the color of love and I wanted to fill the whole room with my love for you.

The Ten Second Kiss

When a couple stands at the altar and vows to love each other, “Till death do us part,” they take for granted that they will be intimately connected forever. The kiss at the end of the ceremony symbolizes that connection.

The kiss is the core of a relationship. It is a barometer of how things are going. A couple can be having sex but not kissing. If they are not kissing passionately the relationship is in trouble. Most couples aren’t even aware of when their relationship started changing. What started out as a passionate relationship, over time becomes a friendship. One day they wake up and realize, “Oh, my gosh, we’re roommates and no longer lovers!”

Well I’m here to tell you that you can keep your friend and get the lover back too.

When you give someone a peck on the cheek, that says, “I love you,” but a 10 second kiss says, “I’m still in love with you!”

Of all the homework assignments I give, the 10 second kiss has the most immediate and dramatic effect. If you give it in the morning it sets the tone for the rest of the day and if you give it in the evening it sets the mood for the rest of the evening. It’s not your brother, sister peck on the cheek that feels comfortable and platonic. It’s a passionate kiss that makes you feel warm, close and connected.

I want you to grab your mate tonight and give them a passionate 10 second kiss. When they say, “What’s gotten into you?”, you can tell them, “We are not going to be room mates anymore. From now on we are lovers again.”

Before you kiss, you may feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, tense, annoyed, distant. After, you’ll feel close, warm, and connected.

When we kiss, we are exchanging our breath with one another. When we exchange breath, we are breathing in our mate’s life force, his energy and he is breathing in ours. In this way we become one.

10 Ways to Light Her Fire

Make sure at least once this week you tell her that who she is, her basic core, is what you adore.
Take her in your arms and tell her how much value she has as a human being.
Comment on what you like about her personality. Reinforce her capabilities.
Notice the little things she does for you and tell her that you appreciate them.
Write her a love letter this week. Tell her how much she means to you. Review some wonderful moments you have shared with her. Send it through the mail; it’s more romantic that way.
Praise her in front of someone else. Let her hear you tell someone else how lucky you are to have this woman in your life. She may act embarrassed at the time, but she’ll love you for it.
Prove your love with something tangible. Go out of your way. Sacrifice time, effort, or money to show her how special and unique she is.
If she asks for a favor, do it without any objections.
Compliment her on how nice she looks at least twice this week. Be specific.
Make an “I love you” call at least once each day.

9 Steps to Approaching Someone

How many times have you been somewhere and seen someone interesting, but haven’t had the foggiest idea how to meet that person? Well, here is exactly what to do and say to be able to meet whomever you want to meet.

1. Feel confident and good about yourself – Before you approach someone, concentrate on something you feel good about.

2. Make eye contact – Hold their glance for longer than a second.

3. Smile – Smiling is just as important as making eye contact.

4. Be aware of you body language – Make sure you have good posture.

5. Introduce yourself – Say “hello” and tell the person your name and a give firm handshake.

6. Courtesy – Open a door, pull up a chair, offer to get something for them.

7. Take a friend where you go – Sometimes a friend might strike up a conversation easier with the person you’re interested in than you.

8. Dance – Asking them to dance is a great way to let someone know that you find them attractive.

9. Buy a person a drink – Whether or not the person responds to the fact that you bought them the drink, walk over and introduce yourself anyway. Even if you don’t feel confident, want to smile, sit up straight, or introduce yourself, PRETEND like you do, and DO IT ANYWAY!

Put Sex on the Calendar

This week I want you to put sex on the calendar. You heard me right! Yes, I want you to plan for it. I know some of you are saying, “What about the spontaneity?” It was never spontaneous. In the beginning you always planned to be together. Let me ask you something. What do you think a honeymoon is, if not an entire week of planned sex? And everyone has the time of his or her life planning for that… sometimes a year in advance. You go out and buy special lingerie, undergarments, cologne, perfume and it’s exciting, knowing that you are going to be together. We put doctor’s appointments on the calendar, dentist’s appointments on the calendar, we even schedule car maintenance on the calendar. But heaven forbid, we schedule the person who means the most to us, on the calendar.

So take out your calendars and schedule in a night of lovemaking. Making the decision in advance to have sex creates anticipation and can make sex just as exciting as when you were dating. Send something to your mate that will remind him or her of your date. Here are some suggestions:

Send a negligee to him or silk boxer shorts to her at the office.
Send body oil or lotion with the promise of a massage.
A love letter telling your mate how you can’t wait!
A bottle of his favorite cologne or her favorite perfume.
A tape of romantic music.

Simple things that say, “You are the most important person in my life and I love you.”

Have a Quickie

Now I know that for some of you this will be a challenge. We all learned delayed gratification when we were children.

Eat your dinner first and then you can have dessert.
Do your homework and then you can watch TV.
Clean your room and then you can go outside.

Having a quickie means – acting on impulse, being spontaneous, taking a risk, and doing what you feel like doing NOW! Those are the same feelings a person has when they are having an affair. I just want you to create those same feelings inside your relationship, NOT OUTSIDE! Everyone, occasionally has an impulsive, lustful thought but they think, “Not now, not here. This is the wrong place and the wrong time.” I’m saying that one time this week I want you practice saying:

“This is the perfect time and the perfect place”.

Call or tell your mate and tell them you want them NOW. If they can’t meet you at least they’ll have a smile on their face for the rest of the day.
